There was a missing sentence in there. "Not cornfields". As in its shocking that they're not cornfields. Yeah, that's it. Not that I saw vague yellowness and Iowa and assumed cornfields.

Cornfields? shocking.

It's actually called the War of Art, and I should dust my copy off and re-read it myself. I totally concur on the greatness of the book, and nice job on the poem.

Incorrigible spammer on the loose. Wish I had the admin power to stop it. I'm supposed to, but somehow don't.

Newly Featured Videos

Those of you who have been following the recent activity feed on the left side of the main page probably noticed that a few videos on the site have been featured lately, and if you didn't know that I was the one who featured them then you should now. Because I'm telling you that I did and wouldn't lie about such things. Each recently featured video had a reason for being featured.

The video by Regan Gillam is, to my knowledge, probably the best example here of community creativity spawning more… Continue

Frequently Asked/Thought Questions

What exactly is Lombardi Street?

Lombardi Street is one of the most ambitious projects in the history of the internet. Most companies would be content to create a successful web series, or a popular section of a virtual world, or a buzzing social network. Lombardi Street is in the process of creating all three. The specifics will be explained later to keep this answer at a reasonable length, but basically each of the three parts contributes people and ideas to the other two. Not entirely… Continue

What is Lombardi Street All About?

I just left a comment on KiraKoster's wall answering that question and figured that it shouldn't be buried on a comment wall, so here's what i said:

"What's lombardi street all about, you ask? Goal #1 is to recruit from this network in order to create a successful web series that will hopefully cross over to "regular" TV. Goal #1A is to make this social network a good place for anyone interesting and watching and/or helping to create the show to hang out, and networking opportunities could be a… Continue

Thanks for the wishes. I wanted to stay in LA but couldn't afford it after the recession cost me the one job I had. Guess I'll start looking for new leads on the East coast since my stay in only temporary in NY.

Yeah I love winter sports. I was quite saddened to watch the closing ceremonies of the 2010 winter games. I get inspired every time I watch them and go crazy with workouts. It's why I picked up snowboarding. Only went twice and on the 2nd time I was hitting some hard blues and a black hill. Hardly fell. But going 50 mph and sometimes faster kinda scares you enough to stay on your feet because it becomes quite painful at those speeds to fall. haha

Anyway, who knows where I'll end up and the places I will go along the way but I'll always keep a lookout for work in front or behind the cameras. Nothing like working under the lights.

Thanks for your comment. Is it a funding issue? I know that can be a challenge.
