Why do I want to be an actor. The short answer is that the desire to act won't let me be. It won't go away. No matter what other life experiences "get in the way", it keeps creeping back into my life. If you've seen my first vblog, you know that it hasn't been just a few years that I've been afflicted with this obsession to become an actor. It's been almost a lifetime.

So, the obvious questions are why did it take so long, why didn't you pursue this in your twenties, thirties..forties?, why now? I don't know that I have a good answer for that or that an answer is even necessary. Life took me on other journeys: college, career, parent. I wouldn't change any of it. And now, this is another journey, it just happens to be one that was postponed for about forty years.
